Let’s be honest... Not all wines are
great. Some would be of better use in the tank of your car as fuel than for
actual drinking. How many times have you had to sit painfully through a dinner
at a friend’s place while sipping a vin de pays d’oc he probably stored in his
fridge for 2 years.
Of
course wine is great! But there’s much more to it than just drinking it on its
own. All spirits are being used in cocktails, even the premium cognacs and
single malts so why not wine?
